Together, we can strengthen care coordination and improve outcomes for individuals and families in our community.

The Behavioral Health Collaborative of Lower Fairfield County brings together behavioral health providers across the region to improve access to quality, coordinated care.

Why This Matters

Individuals and families seeking behavioral health treatment and support in Lower Fairfield County struggle to gain rapid access to affordable, quality care. While our region has substantial resources, many people don’t know these services exist or how to access them. This fragmentation creates critical gaps in care coordination.

The Behavioral Health Collaborative of Lower Fairfield County (BHLFC) will change this by strengthening connections among providers in Darien, Fairfield, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Ridgefield, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. We’re creating a network of providers committed to ensuring all residents can access excellent, coordinated care—regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay.

Who Should Join

The Collaborative welcomes behavioral health treatment providers committed to high-quality, coordinated care:

  • Solo practitioners and small group practices (e.g., therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists)
  • Hospital-based behavioral health programs
  • Community behavioral health agencies and clinics
